Signature Sanctuary Stays was born from a simple belief: hospitality is more than providing a place to stay—it’s creating a place where people feel genuinely cared for.
Long before we ever opened our home to guests, Benny and I would dream about the kinds of places we loved to experience. We were always drawn to spaces that felt refined without being pretentious—beautifully designed yet deeply welcoming. The kinds of places where every detail reflected thoughtfulness, where comfort wasn’t an afterthought, and where you could sense that your experience truly mattered.
We wanted our own home to embody that same feeling. Whether we were hosting family around the dinner table or sharing an evening of games and laughter with friends, our greatest joy was creating an environment where people could breathe deeply, relax completely, and simply enjoy being together. A place that offered respite from the pace and pressures of everyday life—a true sanctuary.
That vision is what inspired the name of our very first home: Sanctuary.
As we prepared to welcome guests beyond our own circle of family and friends, we asked ourselves one question over and over: What would make someone feel truly at home?
We reflected on our own travels. What thoughtful touches had made us feel cared for? What conveniences had been missing? What small details could transform an ordinary stay into an exceptional experience?
Those questions became the foundation of Signature Sanctuary Stays.
