DURING Your stay

  • 8 guests maximum

  • No Pets

  • Quiet hours 10 pm - 8am

  • No commercial photography

  • No Smoking in home

BEFORE you leave:

  • Gather used towels

  • Throw trash away

  • Turn things off

  • Return Keys

  • Lock up

  • Turn of propane and cover grill if used.

Additional Rules: Animals & Pets Policy To maintain cleanliness, safety, and comfort for all guests, we have a strict no-pet policy at this time. - Service animals are always welcome, in accordance with applicable laws. - Emotional support animals (ESAs) are considered pets and are not permitted at this property. - We kindly ask that guests disclose any service animal prior to arrival. For the safety of all guests and the home: - Service animals must be house-trained and under control at all times. - Animals may not be left unattended in the home unless properly secured. Failure to follow these guidelines may result in additional cleaning fees or reservation cancellation.

In addition, For the safety of our guests and home, we use a third-party screening service (Truvi) to complete a background check when required. If you receive a verification request, please respond promptly to avoid delays in confirming your reservation.

We do not modify reservation dates or issue refunds after the cancellation period has ended. Guest are strongly encouraged to purchase travel insurance or Airbnb's extended cancellation option to protext their stay.
